Robin, DJ and Ashley, I am thinking so much about you. I now how hard this is, but take comfort that he was taken quickly and not one that laid and suffered for a long time. Nothing can really ease your pain right now, except the wonderful memories you all made together. Keep those close to your heart because they can never be taken from you. Bless you all.
    Love, Charlotte

I knew Ike only through our association at VDOT, but I always enjoyed working with him. He was a real professional and a great superintendent, always upbeat, fun to talk to, and quick to share a laugh. I will miss him. My deepest sympathy to the family.
