Terry F. Jennings, 72, of Front Royal, passed away at home on Monday, April 20, 2015, surrounded by his loving family.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home with Sammy Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in the Prospect Hill Cemetery.
Terry was born on December 27, 1942, in Bentonville, son of the late Rube and Pearl P. Jennings. He had worked for A&P Grocery Store, Grand Union, Martin’s in Front Royal, and had owned and operated the Front Royal Grocery Store for a number of years.
Terry was preceded in death with his parents by his grandmother whom he loved greatly Bertha Cornwell and his brother Phillip “Dick” Jennings.
Surviving are his loving wife Judy Jennings; one daughter Angie Gum; one granddaughter Lauren Ashleigh Lilly; one great-granddaughter Nekah Lilly all of Culpeper; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Chuck Rutherford, William Jennings, Anthony Lockhart, Chaz Rutherford, David L. Henry, Jr., and Stephen Henry.
Honorary pallbearers will be David L. Henry, Sr., Charles “Bunny” Welch, and Roger Manuel.
