Michael “Little Mike” Lewin Poe Jr., 45, of Lebanon Church, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 in the comfort of his home.

A memorial service will be held at 3 P.M. on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 W. Main St. Front Royal, Virginia with Pastor Robert Funkhauser officiating. The family invites guests to visit one hour prior to the service.

Michael was born on September 22, 1978 in Front Royal, Virginia to his father, Michael Lewin Poe Sr. and his mother, Fay Schindler.

Surviving Michael along with his parents are his daughter, Alexis Cynthia Anne Poe; his sister, Dawn Miller (Tony Miller); his nephew, Tony Allen Miller Jr.; and numerous extended family members.

Michael enjoyed working on and appreciating his cars, trucks, and motorcycles; his favorite artists were the Grateful Dead and Bob Marley; and he adored his pups and animals all through his lifetime.

Following all services, the family will be having a reception at 19820 Fort Valley Rd. Strasburg, Virginia 22657.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to your local SPCA or to the Humane Society of Shenandoah County in Woodstock.
