Debra Kay Ball, 65 of Front Royal, VA, passed away on Saturday February 24, 2024 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA.

Debra was born on May 18, 1958 in Maryland, daughter of the late George F. and Lois Ruleman Woods. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Steve Woods in Woodsboro, Maryland and her sister, Pam Whetzel in Crestview, Florida.

Debra enjoyed spending time with family, friends and face timing with her grandchildren.

Debra is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Ball of Front Royal, VA; brother, Mike Woods of Savannah, GA; two daughters, Kutrina Midkiff of Strasburg, VA and Lisa Puckett of Nancy, KY; and son, Douglas Midkiff of Woodbine, MD. Also surviving are several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held May 18, 2024 from 12-2 p.m. at the South Warren Volunteer Fire Department in Bentonville, VA.
