Julie and family, We are very saddened at the news of the loss of your son, grandson, brother, husband & daddy, beloved of everyone who knew him. Late last night, my daughter Laurie, mentioned she read of Felice’s passing on FB but it was too late to call. We are now halfway to Bermuda for a conference but please know our heart is hurting with you all. Our deepest sympathy to you all at the loss of your dear Felipe Cipriano Litterio, and on behalf of the Cipriano- Brooks Family in South Texas. We will be in touch. May you be comforted that he was a dear son of most High God/saved ny Jesus’ blood.

Felice was singing on his way from work when he stopped to calm and pet my energetic puppy dog. He got on both knees to reassure her, and told me a little about his beloved family. The way he spoke of his family was beautiful. I’m happy to have met him. Condolences to you. May he pray for us more than we can pray for him.
