Gaylor Carter Sealock, 96, of Front Royal, VA, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Lynn Care Center.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 4, at 11:00 a.m. at Maddox Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Marc Roberson. Burial will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Sealock was born October 24, 1919 in Fauquier County, VA, daughter of the late Cashious amd Alice May Latham Carter. She was a member of Riverton United Methodist Church. Mrs. Sealock was married to the late Robert T. “Buster” Sealock. Along with her parents and husband, Mrs. Sealock was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters.

Surviving are one daughter Alice Jean Kresge and husband Bee of Front Royal; one son Wayne Sealock and wife Sue of Front Royal; three grandchildren Brad Kresge and wife Carol, Robbie Sealock and wife Jennifer, and Nikki Legg and husband Billy; and six great-grandchildren Amanda Kresge, Bradley Kresge, Taylor Sealock, Robbie Sealock, Kenadie Legg, and Nathan Legg.

Pallbearers will be Brad Kresge, Robbie Sealock, Todd Smedley, Tylor Hindman, Eddie Long, and Billy Legg.

Honoarary pallbearers will be Nicolas Picerno, Ernie Grove, Jimmy Strother, Leslie Sealock, Jr., Dorsey Sealock, Bradley Kresge, Robbie Sealock, and Nathan Legg.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
