Chadwick Dean Blair, 61, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia.

A celebration of life will take place from 5:30 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Reitano Vinyards, 137 Lee Burke Road, Front Royal, Virginia.

Chadwick was born on July 4, 1964 in Manilla, Philippines to the late Herbert Loyd and Joyce Morgan Blair. He grew up in Montgomery, Alabama where he attended Jefferson Davis High School.

Surviving Chadwick is his loving wife, Angela S. Blair; his sister, Maronica “Mickie” Goad; his brother, Richard Montgomery “Monty” Blair; his chosen sons, Isaac Blumenthal, and Callen Wade; and his chosen daughter, Heather Gold Marinho.

Chadwick’s hobbies included model rocketry and the history of the NASA space programs. He was a muscle car aficionado, amateur photographer, and information security expert.
