Charlotte Louise Mitchell, 72, of Warren County, VA, died on Wednesday, November 2, 2016.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 12 at 2:00 p.m. at Master’s Touch Ministries (formerly The Church at Waterlick) conducted by Pastor Charles Jarrett.

Mrs. Mitchell was born April 7, 1944 in Warren County daughter of the late Frank and Nadine Elizabeth Sealock Dixon.

She was a member of Master’s Touch Ministries and was a former member of the Red Hat Society.

Surviving are her husband Richard Mitchell; two children Robbie Pullen and Cathy Pullen both of Front Royal; two sisters Mary Hickerson of Chester Gap and Brenda Ciattie of Winchester; one brother John Dixon of Front Royal; five grandchildren Ryan Pullen, Amber Pullen, Angie Sampson, Dana Sampson, and Heather Furr; and two great-grandchildren Kobe Compton and Gabriel Jenkins.

She was preceded by a son Charles A. Sampson; and two brothers Vernon Dixon and Frank Dixon, Jr.
