William Louis “Willy” Pettis, 24, of Front Royal, passed away suddenly on Friday, January 6, 2017 in his home.

A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, January 14, at 3:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home.

Willy was born on January 13, 1992, in Arlington son of William Alan Pettis and Audrey Ngoc Duong Pettis of Front Royal. Willy was a Warren County High School graduate of the Class of 2010. He attended Lord Fairfax Community College and worked for Walmart in Front Royal. Willy was a very kind and loving soul and will be truly missed by his family and friends.

Surviving with his parents are his brother Kyle Pettis of Front Royal; maternal grandparents Tony and Suzanne Duong of Front Royal; and paternal grandparents Louis Frederick Pettis and Mary Pettis of Stephens City.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 14, immediately following the service until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
