Wayne Leon Clatterbuck, 71, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 22nd, at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home conducted by The Rev. Marc Roberson.

Mr. Clatterbuck was born April 29, 1945 in Front Royal, son of Ray Roy and Rosie Clatterbuck. He was a retired plumber and construction worker. In his early years he was an avid fisherman and served six years in the Army National Guard. He was a member of the Riverton United Methodist Church. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family.

Surviving are his wife Ruth Clatterbuck of Front Royal; two daughters Stacy R. Crouch of Front Royal and her husband Timothy and Sadie R. Clatterbuck at home; a sister Everlee Weary of Front Royal; a brother Donald Clatterbuck of Front Royal and his wife Melanie; one grandson Christopher Steven Lindsay, Jr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
