Flora Ellen “Sis” Mullins, 59, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at her home.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal.

Sis was born on June 4, 1957 in Kentucky to the late Troy Q. Mullins and Martha P. Skees Mullins.

She worked in the parts department for Arrington Motors in Warrenton and enjoyed playing BINGO.

Survivors include her mother, Martha P. Mullins; aunt, Geneva Hatfield; companion, Joseph Paul Godfrey; sister, Barbara Herbert (Richard, Jr.) and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Dewey S. Mullins.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
