Connie Lou Butler Jenkins, 63, of Browntown, VA, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 27, at 10:00 a.m. at Dynamic Life Praise and Worship Center conducted by Pastor Carlton Rogers. Inurnment will be private.

Connie was born November 13, 1953 in Warren County, VA, daughter of the late James Amos Butler, Sr. and Audrey Katherine Graham Butler. She was manager of East Coast in Front Royal for many years and was a member of Dynamic Life.

Connie enjoyed working, shopping, helping others and most of all life. She loved her family, friends, faith and laughter.

Surviving are her husband and devoted care taker of 48 years Leon Earl Jenkins; two sons JR Jenkins and wife Chrissy and Jamie Jenkins and wife Susan all of Front Royal; one brother Bobby L. Butler and wife Kelly of Maurertown, VA; half-sister Patty C. Ritenour of Front Royal; six grandchildren Matthew Jenkins and wife Katelyn, Brandi Jenkins and fiancé Dwayne Cameron, Taylor Jenkins Dodd and husband Seth, Justin Jenkins, Carlie Jenkins, and Nathan Jenkins; and four great-grandchildren Madelynn Jenkins, Makinley Jenkins, Jace Dodd, and Brayleigh Cameron; and a special furever friend Ally. She was preceded in death by a brother James Amos Butler, Jr.; a sister Eleanor Butler; a sister Phyllis Butler Shears and half-brother Charles “Bugs” Cameron.
