Robert “Bob” Stanley Bowman, 61, of Chester Gap, Virginia passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at his home.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Reformation Lutheran Church, 601 Madison Road, Culpeper, Virginia. The family will receive friends beginning at 2 PM with the service at 3 PM.

Mr. Bowman was born on July 22, 1955 in Alexandria, Virginia. He was a manager for Sherwin Williams Paint store and a US Navy verteran.

Survivors include his mother, Merilyn Krumm Reitnauer; life partner, Van Huyhn; son, Gregory Randall Bowman; two sisters, Barbara E. Tomayko and Susan Bowman Lockhart.
