Gyula J. R. Priester, 61, of Linden, Virginia passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at his home.

A funeral service will take place on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 6 PM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal, Virginia and the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM.

Mr. Priester was born on January 6, 1958 in Romania to the late Mr. Preister and Elizabeta Nitescu. He was a Chef for many years with restaurants and catering.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Mihaela Priester; two daughters, Janka and Iuliana; son, Florin and three grandchildren, Abi, Noe and Sylvia.
