Victoria Virginia Matthews, 56, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Winchester Medical Center.

A celebration of life for Victoria will be held at 2 P.M. on April 10, 2021 at Burrell Brooks, Jr. Community Park 1-930 E Criser Rd, in Front Royal; by Samuels Public Library.

Victoria was born on December 2, 1964 in Front Royal, Virginia to her father, William Henry Matthews Sr. and her late mother, Bessie Marie Matthews. She was also preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Ressie Matthews and her maternal grandmother, Gertrude Chloe.

Surviving Victoria is her children, Jessica Matthews, of Harrisburg PA and Iesha Matthews, also of Harrisburg; her brother, William Plug Matthews Jr. (Billi) of Front Royal Virginia; her grandchild, Jenea Harris; and numerous nieces and nephews.
