My condolences to the family. I worked alongside Bill for 20 plus years as a coworker and once as his supervisor. Bill, was the type of individual who would willingly work flexible hours to complete many jobs assigned to him. He was never one to cost problems among others. Better known as a team player. I can remember one of his saying to me was sure why not, yup yup yup, with a positive smile always.
    Gone, however not forgotten

Who would have ever known the day we met in Woodstock, VA at a dance that we would become lifelong friends. We shared great times together, hanging out in Front Royal, Winchester and Norfolk and everywhere else. As adults, we settled down to raise our families ❤ Seeing you a few months ago at Sheetz was awesome. You was the family guy….with your son!! 🌟 We greeted and talked to each other like we always do. You said bye Illin” Ellen…, I said bye Bill Bill and we laughed. I love you for always being you. You were my 1st #FrontRoyalFinest Until we meet again. May God hold your family in His arms…give them extra love, peace, comfort, joy and happiness!!
