Roy Wayne Crouch, 60, of Manassas died on Tuesday, August 18, 2015, in the Novant Health Prince William Medical Center in Manassas.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home.

Mr. Crouch was born December 4, 1954, in Manassas Park, son of the late Preston Lee Crouch, Sr. and Hilda Mae Tiller Crouch.

Surviving are his children Jennifer Utter of Calabash, NC (Frank), Veronica Snoddy of Virgilina, (Larry),Theodore Crouch of Shallotte, NC (Miranda), William Crouch of Manassas (Ly), and Mark Bennett of VA; two brothers Milton Dale Crouch and Thomas E. Crouch both of Front Royal; a sister Hilda Ann Hurt of WV; numerous grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two close friends Sherry Brodnax and Teri Sisk.

He was preceded in death by a brother Preston Lee Crouch, Jr. and a sister Rita Martoncik.
