Brenda Seal Phillips, 71, of Bentonville, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 in the comfort of her sister’s home.
A celebration of life will take place at 2 P.M. on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the Browntown Community Center. The family asks that everyone in attendance please bring a covered dish.
Brenda was born on July 17, 1953 in Front Royal, Virginia to the late Arthur Alvin and Louise Catherine Partlow Seal. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Larry Joseph Phillips.
Surviving Brenda are her children, Wendy Phillips (Seth) and Colby Phillips (Holli); her siblings, Gary Seal (Tancy), John Seal (JoAnn), and Cathy Pugh (Kelly); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Senter (Tony), Joey Amaya (Virginia), Monica Jenkins (T.J.), Mindi Pendleton, Rylan Phillips, Ramzie Phillips, and Ayla Phillips; her great-grandchildren, Anthony Senter, Blake Senter, Leighanna Jenkins, Leddie Jenkins, Levi Jenkins, Lacey Jenkins, Shyheim Thompson, Anaya Thompson, Jamar Thompson, Amarie Pendleton, and Zariah Slaughter; and the only pet that Brenda ever liked in her life, her sister Cathy’s little Chihuahua, Winnie.
Brenda attended the Community Tabernacle Assembly of God Church with Pastor Cecil Jones for many years. She loved crocheting, art, word searches, and coloring. More than anything she loved drawing pictures and baking with her great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Maddox Funeral Home to assist with funeral arrangements.
The most beautiful lady and so loving ,I’ll remember her friendship and all the memories. Growing up with her being my sisters best friend gave me the privilege of knowing her . All my love to the family ,she will be forever in our hearts ❤
