Charles Edward Miles, Jr., 66, of Front Royal, VA passed away on Monday, December 19, 2016.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 23, at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home conducted by Sammy Campbell. Burial will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Miles was born September 25, 1950 in Front Royal, VA, son of the late Charles Edward Mills, Sr. and Marguerite Willingham Miles Wakeman. He was a truck driver for ABF.

Surviving are his wife Lynn Zahorchak Miles of Front Royal; one son Benjamin Charles Miles and his companion Brandi of Ashville, NC; two step-children, Nicholas Rhea and his wife, Melissa, and Brittany Zahorchak; and two grandchildren Madison and Macie.

He was preceded in death by a half-brother Donald Dale Wakeman.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 22, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
