It is so sad to hear this. I am so sorry for your loss! I knew Christy through working with her some years ago and she is a long time friend of my sister, Tina Lake. Christy was a wonderful person who always made you feel better just talking to her. She talked often of her children and family and was very proud of them. Thinking of your family and praying your memories of her will carry you through this sad time.
Angels walk this Earth during their mortal lives performing good deeds and even miracles that sometimes go unnoticed. These are angels like Christy who now glides above us modeling her new, beautiful wings. She is spreading them wide to shelter and protect all of us, especially her mother and the family whom she loved with all of her heart. You are so missed, Christy, and you definitely earned those gorgeous wings.
Christy was the most selfless person I have even known. I’m so blessed to have had her as my sister-in-law. She will always be remembered. We love you from Earth to the Heavens.

To Geraldine and family……my heart is broken for you. I remember Christy so fondly as she took care of her Mom in rehab through our window, smiling and lovingly encouraging her as because of COVID, she could not come inside. What a beautiful smile!!!’
I never met Christy. I knew her thru her Mother. Geraldine and Christy had a special friendship. Both were dedicated to each other and Christy’s family. I hope time will help heal the hole in your hearts. God bless all of you. Fly high Christy.
My heart and prayers are with you all now and in the coming months.
Miss you every single day – you’ll always be in my heart and thoughts. I pray that wherever you are, you are happy and free. I will see you again some day and we will have a laugh over some Starbucks coffee.
Love you, mama, forever and always. <3
