Dean “Dizzy” Carson Lockhart, 54, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Monday, June 26, 2017 at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 4 PM at Front Royal Church of the Brethren, 106 West 13th Street, Front Royal with Bobby and Diann Whetzel officiating.

Dean was born on May 14, 1963 in Front Royal to the late Stewart Lockhart and Gloria Johnson Lockhart.
He was a member of Front Royal Church of the Brethren and was a construction worker specializing in trees for most of his life.

Survivors include two brothers, Luke Lockhart of South Riding, Virginia and Alan Lockhart of Front Royal; sister, Sharon Lockhart Jackson of Front Royal; a special nephew, Brent Lockhart of Front Royal and numerous other nieces and nephews.
