Debora Fay Brown, 60, of Petersburg, WV passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 12 at 2:00 p.m. at Welton Park in Petersburg, WV with Rev. Bruce Cosner officiating. A covered dish reception will be held following the service at the park.

Debora was born September 9, 1957 in Kingwood, WV daughter of Mrs. Dessie Loughry Hall of Petersburg and the late Delone Brown. She was preceded in death by her step-father (dad) Kenneth Hall. She retired as a CNA.

Surviving along with her mother are her daughter Brandy Brown of Front Royal; eight brothers and sisters Robert Brown of Petersburg, Donna Nelson of Pipestem, WV, Barbara Brown of Sugar Grove, WV, William Brown of Petersburg, Donald Hall of Petersburg, Lucy Taylor of Bentonville, VA, Greg Hall of Moorefield, WV and Steven Hall of Rig, WV; one granddaughter Ashlyn McLain; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
