Debra Lynne Fox Serreno, 67, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020 at INOVA Alexandria Hospital.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 2 PM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal with the Rev. Dottie Holden officiating. Burial will follow in Panorama Memorial Gardens, Waterlick, Virginia.
Mrs. Serreno was born on December 19, 1952 in Front Royal to the late Delmar Gibson and Mary Elizabeth Butler Fox. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ricardo David Serreno and her brother, Kenneth Butler Fox. She was a member of Dynamic Life Ministries.
Survivors include her three daughters, Julie Lynette Sloat Vaught and son-in-law Greg of Huntly, Virginia, Heather Lynn Hackley and son-in-law Jamond of Front Royal and Allison Bettina Barnes of Front Royal; three brothers, Delmar “Dee” Fox Jr. of Front Royal, James “Kevin” Fox of Front Royal and Kyle Blakley Fox of Front Royal; two sisters, Elizabeth Ann Fox of Front Royal and her twin, Donna Lee Sargent of Reliance, Virginia; eight grandchildren, Tawny, Natie, Jordan, Tate, Cenay, Malachi, Ciana and Cania; numerous nieces and nephews and many “adopted” children.
Pallbearers will be Kyle Fox, Kevin Fox, Jordan Bailey, Duane Barnes, Donald Sloat and Jamond Hackley.
Honorary pallbearers will be Malachi Bailey, Delmar “Dee” Fox, Scott MacTurk, John Shaffer, Stephen MacTurk, Gregory Vaught and Richard Sargent.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Masks and social distancing will be required, unless medically exempt, and a live stream will be available for those unable to attend in person.
