She was one of a kind at making her children’s friends feel as if they were her own children. Every time I went to her home, I felt as if I lived there. I definitely was her second child, Lisa Croson Walters. I loved her and she loved me and my husband, Jim. I have so many memories to cherish of her. Jim felt as though she was an important part of his life as well. She will always hold a special part of our life. May God Bless her soul as she enjoys her time now with Jeri, her granddaughter.❤️

Condolences to the family. My husband, Mike Hart met her at Chantilly Country Club and did a lot of construction work at her home in Virginia. I always enjoyed our visits with her talking about the next project or golfing.

We were heartbroken to hear about Delores. I have many wonderful memories of Delores and I playing golf, both at Chantilly and Myrtle Beach, then going out to eat. She loved her family so much and at different times would bring her grandchildren to bowling and everyone got to know them and loved them dearly. Delores had many friends and we feel blessed to have been considered her friend. Both Sam and I have lasting memories of the many pizza luncheons we shared with Delores, Kelly and our grandchildren.
Diane, Kathy and Mitzi, please know that you and your families are in our thoughts and prayers.
    Our deepest sympathy,
    Pat and Sam Hollen
