Derek man I’m gonna miss you more than anything man!! I’m just now finding out about this!!! And I’m speechless. I don’t know what to say. I just know I wish I could’ve hung out and seen you one last time!! I remember growing up on Monroe Avenue and hanging out with you on 14th St. I believe at your cousin Silas Hill townhouse!! The village was the shizzzz man.. and I remember me you and your sister Michelle I believe we all went to a movie somewhere in Manassas Virginia and I always remember wking into your house right there across from that school I believe it was A.S Roads… but yeah, remember it was down that road right as you pass that steakhouse and 7-Elevens on your right and if you keep going straight that new skyline schools right there .. but if you turn left at that light your house is right there on the left just a little ways up !! And if you turn right at the stoplight instead of turning left, it would take you towards Cherrydale Avenue.. i’m pretty sure I’m right. I remember my younger days like the back of my hand and I remember my mom dropping me off over there all the time with your mom and sister and everybody and of course I remember Michelle so Michelle hope all is well and I hate this so much, I was just speaking to my friend Nicole that I haven’t spoke to in several years. We were just talking about friends and she’s the one that brought this to my attention. I can’t believe it!! Derrick u was my boy. Gonna miss you, man! Had a few real friends in front Royal growning up and you definitely made a marked and was one of them. I love you, man.
