Donald Lee Ruffner, 66, of Front Royal, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2015, in Royal Haven, Inc.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 9th, from 2-4 p.m. at the Warren County Parks and Recreation Center, 201 East 8th St., Front Royal.
Mr. Ruffner was born May 31, 1948, in Warren County, son of the late Earl Thomas Ruffner, Sr. and Madglean Peters Ruffner. He was a retired crew chief for American Airlines. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.
Surviving are his wife Wanda L. Ruffner; a daughter Kimberly Ruffner Harrison of Front Royal and her husband Barry; three sisters Edith “Edie” Reil of Front Royal and her husband Tommy, Ann Cooper of Front Royal, and Faye Miller of Missouri and her husband Glen; and a grandson U. S. Air Force 2nd Lt. Alexander Ruffner Harrison and his wife Anna.
Mr. Ruffner was preceded in death by two sons James Emmett Ruffner and Donald Neal Ruffner and two brothers Charles Edward Ruffner and Earl Thomas Ruffner.
