Dustin Blake “D-Ham” Hamilton, 29, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at his home.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 11 AM at Hope Freewill Baptist Church, 75 Cedar Park Ct, Front Royal with Pastor Randy Hayes officiating. Burial will follow at Bennett’s Chapel Cemetery, Front Royal.
Dustin was born on March 24, 1996 in Front Royal to the late Thomas Matthew Hamilton and to Dana Elliott Hamilton. He was also preceded in death by his uncle, Gerald Elliott and his grandparents, Holmes J. Elliott and Anna Mae Elliott. Dustin was a loving father, brother and son. His daughter, Kylie, was the joy of his life. Dustin had a deep love for fishing. The outdoors was where he found his peace. He had a great sense of humor and will be remembered for his love, laughter and the moments we spent together.
Surviving along with his mother are his grandparents, Donald “Peepaw” Hamilton and Jamel “Meemaw” Hamilton; daughter, Kylie Paige Hamilton; sister, Ashlyn Lake (Dylan); six aunts, Barbara Ballentine (Robert), Debbie White (Jim), Cherie Elliott, Teresa Woodard (Chip), Pammy Quesenberry (Dwayne) and Leah Frazier (Tim); two uncles, Donnie Hamilton (Diane) and Stevie Hamilton; daughter’s mother, Kaitlyn Smith and numerous cousins and friends.
Pallbearers will be Dylan Lake, Chris Elliott, William Smoot, Josh Hamilton, Aaron Seal and Tyler Hamilton.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Bo Woodard, Jed Koblish, Anthony Grimsley, Tristan Pennifill and Ben Andrews.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Maddox Funeral Home to assist with funeral arrangements.

Dustin sure gonna miss ya! At a loss for words. You always put a smile on my face. It’s not gonna be same with out you. Dustin, it’s not the same without you! I can’t believe the good Lord took you home so early, but that’s what daddy’s do, they watch over their kids and well he knew you needed to be home.
