Frank E. Donovan “Tucker”, 69, of Strasburg, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at the Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal, Virginia with Sammy Campbell officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Panorama Memorial Gardens.
