Joseph John “Joe” Hille, 55, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away at his home on Thursday, July 31, 2025.

Born on November 16, 1969, in Farmington, Michigan, to David F. Hille and the late Catherine Chamness Hille. He was also preceded in death by his beloved son, Cody Gibbs-Brown. Joe spent much of his childhood in San Antonio, Texas, where his grandparents were stationed. He was a master mechanic and worked for many years with the Fairfax County Vehicle Services Division.

A devoted family man whose life was filled with deep compassion and love for animals, Joe is survived by his wife of 27 years, Deborah Hille; two sons, Brandon Gibbs-Brown and Adam David Hille; and three grandchildren, Emma Marie Gibbs, Orion Funez Gibbs, and Evelyn Funez Gibbs. He is also survived by his father, David F. Hille and two sisters, Meg and Mae Hille of Kerrville, Texas.
