Joseph Miller “Joe” Martin Jr., 73, of Strasburg, Virginia passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025 at Winchester Medical Center.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 1 PM at Prospect Hill Cemetery, 200 West Prospect Street, Front Royal with the Rev. Dottie Holden officiating.

Mr. Martin was born on August 29, 1951 in Warren County, Virginia to the late Jospeh Sr. and Bessie Andrews Martin.  He was also preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Henry.  He owned and operated Skyline Trash Service and formerly attended Bethel Assembly of God.

Survivors include his son, Andrew S. Martin (Nikki); two sisters, Brenda Strother and Margaret Burrell; five grandchildren, Dominique (Billy), Valarie, Jayda, Tyler and Prestyn; three great grandchildren, Cooper, Bodie and Wells and numerous nieces and nephews including a special niece, Tracey.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 28, 2025 from 6 to 8 PM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal.
