Joyce Ivy Carter Orr, 89, of Front Royal, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 in the Warren Memorial Hospital.
Services will be private.
Mrs. Orr was born on January 8, 1929 in Kenston, North Carolina, daughter of the late Samuel Carter and Bessie Faulkner Carter. She retired after many dedicated years from the Fairfax Police Department.
Mrs. Orr was married to the late Donald Robert Orr, Sr.
