Michael S. Showers, 60, of Front Royal, passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the Winchester Medical Center from a hemorrhagic stroke.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 22 at 1:00 p.m. at the Front Royal Moose Lodge.

Michael was born on August 24, 1957, in Front Royal son of the late Munson Showers and Joyce Shifflett Showers. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Robert Showers.

Surviving are two sisters Nancy Heflin and Linda Winfree; nephew Aaron Winfree; great-niece Chloe, whom he called “Chloe Bug”; son Michael Showers (Cynthia); grandchildren Makayla, Elijah and Ethen.
