Michelle C. Harrell, 65, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at Winchester Medical Center.
Michelle was born on February 18, 1958 in Front Royal to the late Rennie and Jessie Walthall Cooke. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William D. Harrell; sister, Nancy Blauvelt and brother, Rennie E. Cooke II. She was a member of Front Royal United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly M. Price (Larry); special friend, Suzy Billhimer and numerous nieces and nephews including Tammy Sealock.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Warren County, 1245 Progress Drive, Front Royal, Virginia 22630.
