Michelle Dawn Kerns, 50, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2025 in Warren Memorial Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Stonebridge Center for the Arts.

Michelle was born October 19, 1974 in LaPlata, Maryland, daughter of the late John Francis and Mary Adele Scott Moskal.

Surviving is her husband, Justin G. Kerns of Front Royal; her significant other, Toby Fincham of Front Royal; brother, Teryl Moskal of  Fort Washington, Maryland; her aunt and uncle, Patricia and Billy Blackburn, who were like her parents; and her aunt, Frances Hathaway.
