Nolan Patrick Best, 23, of Front Royal, VA, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2016.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 3, from 6:00 to 6:15 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Deborah Rutter. Following the service, the family will receive friends until 8:00 pm.

Nolan was born August 13, 1992 in Fairfax, VA son of Joseph Alec Best and Kelly Ford Best.

He was a 2010 graduate of Warren County High School and attended LFCC. Nolan had a great appreciation for music and loved writing, creating, playing and listening to heavy metal music. He was employed by Papa John’s Pizza in Front Royal.

Surviving along with his parents are his fiancée Rhiannon Morgan Flanagan of Front Royal; two brothers Sean Michael Best of Front Royal and Kevin Timothy Best of Occoquan, VA; maternal great-grandmother Dolores Burger of Minnesota; maternal grandmothers Rosemary Phillips of Orlando, FL and Jeanette Ford of Pensacola, FL; paternal grandfather Glenn Joseph Best of Fredericksburg, VA; paternal great-grandmother Irene Mahoney of Dellroy, OH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Warren County Humane Society, 1245 Progress Drive, Front Royal, VA 22630.
