Otis Ray Baker III, 55, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at his home.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 from 6 to 8 PM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal.
Mr. Baker was born on October 4, 1969 in Washington, DC to the late Otis Baker Jr. and to Ruth Ann James Bogie. He was a lifetime member of Linden Fire Department and bowled in three different leagues in Front Royal. He was an avid golfer.
Surviving along with his mother are his wife of 30 years, Christie Baker; daughter, Amy Smith (Emmanuel); two brothers, Glen Baker and Michael Baker and numerous other extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, Texas 75284 or to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
