Patricia Ann Stout, 74, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021 after along stay in Winchester Medical Center with her family by her side.
Mrs. Stout was born on December 21, 1946 in Front Royal to the late Robert and Helen Ritenour Grimsley. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Angela M. Wilson and her brother, James Grimsley.
Survivors include her husband, Teddy O. Stout Sr.; two sons, Richard L. Stout and Teddy O. Stout Jr.; two brothers, Joseph H. Grimsley and Robert Grimsley and seven grandchildren.
