Paul Chapman, 91, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at his home.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 15 at 11:00 a.m. in Prospect Hill Cemetery with Sammy Campbell officiating.
Mr. Chapman was born May 24, 1933 in New York City, New York, son of the late Rubin and Alice Collity Chapman.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during the Korean War as a helicopter crew chief. Mr. Chapman retired after 34 years with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
He was married to the late Carole Jean Hiers Chapman.
Surviving are two daughters, Melissa Chapman and husband Edward Turner of Front Royal and Amy Baird of Front Royal; and two grandsons, Paul Clayton Chapman-Turner and Ethan Frederick Baird, both of Front Royal.

Paul was my first supervisor at the FDA located in Crystal City # 5. I was a new GS-1 Messenger assigned to the Mail Room. A good man and a fellow Korean War Veteran. Rest in Peace, old Soldier.
