Philip E. Harr, Jr., 57, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2017, in his home.

A celebration of Philip’s life will be held on Wednesday, June 28, at 11:00 a.m. at Maddox Funeral Home with Sammy Campbell officiating. Inurnment will be private.

Philip was born on June 7, 1960, in Alexandria, Virginia, son of the late Philip E. Harr, Sr. and Eleanor Rita Martin Harr.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 30 years Doris E. Harr; one son Justin Harr of Harrisonburg; one daughter Rachel Harr of Front Royal; two sisters Susan Sacco of Richmond and Diana Copeland of Florida; and his faithful dog Kita.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
