Richard Dale “Dick” Boies, 84, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at his home.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 2 PM at Panorama Memorial Gardens with Sammy Campbell officiating.

Mr. Boies was born on October 21, 1932 in Winchester, Virginia to the late Thomas Burke Boies, Sr. and Mabel Eskridge Boies.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Margaret; four sons, Steven Dale Boies (Beth), Robert Michael Boies (Donna), David William Boies, and Tony Ross Boies (Jennifer); two brothers, Thomas Burke Boies, Jr. of Front Royal and Gerald “Joe” Boies of Santa Fe, New Mexico; eight grandchildren, two step grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Jesse Ray Boies.
