Samuel Monroe “Sammy” Propps, 4, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 3-6 P.M. at Rockland Community Church, 2921 Rockland Road, Front Royal. Burial will be private.
Sammy was born on November 10, 2019 in Alexandria, Virginia to Zachary and Alison Chase Propps.
Surviving along with his parents are two brothers, Elisha and Arthur Propps and three sisters, Autumn, Brooke and Daphne Propps.
So sorry we will not be able to be with you to celebrate Sammy’s life. Please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers constantly. We love you very much and pray that you will feel the love and comfort of Jesus and He will lead you to His peace.
I’m so sorry I couldn’t be there. And I won’t be there tomorrow. But my prayers, love and sorry for this loss is with you.
