William Joseph Garrich, 83, of Front Royal, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016, in the Winchester Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 6, from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home.
Mr. Garrich was born on March 2, 1933 in Stuttgard, Arkansas son of the late Andrew Joseph Garrich and Julia Rose Papan Garrich. He was a U.S. Army Veteran having served during the Korean War and retired as an Architect from the U.S. Government.
Surviving are three sons Joseph Garrich, Andrew Garrich, and Thomas Garrich; and six granddaughters, Michelle, Heather, Therese, Jenna, Allison, and Monica.
Your father was such a good friend for so many years. We both worked for NAVFAC, although I was on the west coast. We met at a business conference 40 some odd years ago. and struck up a lasting friendship. I’m so sorry for your loss.
