We met Billy in 1984 when our family moved to Warrenton. Our son,Tim, and Billy became friends, closer than many brothers, and maintained that special friendship for 40 years. Despite the miles between them, they phoned and texted often over the years to share a laugh or a memory from the past. I remember Billy for his smile, his loyalty, love of family and friends, dependability, and his work ethic. He was a good man who will be greatly missed. ❤️
