Judy Ann “Maw maw” “Mawie” Franklin Bollman, 72, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023 at Winchester Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 2 P.M. at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal with Pastor Terry Bechtel and Glenn Haman officiating. Burial will follow at Refuge Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Bollman was born on August 13, 1951 in Warren County, Virginia to the late Lyle and Lillian Cameron Franklin. She was also preceded in death by her son, Albert Charles Peck III and four brothers, Michael Ray Franklin, Lyle Edward Franklin, David Lee Franklin and Norris Taylor Franklin.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years, James “Jim” Bollman; two daughters, Mary Ann Murray and Rebecca Peck; two step daughters, Suzanne Walters and Jennifer Brown; five sisters, Sharon “Buddy” Franklin, Debbie Beaty, Frances Melton, Brenda Cameron and Barbara Cameron; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Josh Peck, Jayden Peck, Marcus Trawick, Arnay Murray Jr., Nathaniel Murray and Angel Peck.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jessica Aleshire, Arnay Murray Sr. and Matthew Nuckles.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 17, 2023 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Maddox Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
