William Franklin “Rocky” Walker, 67, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at his home.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.

Mr. Walker was born on January 13, 1959 in Rappahannock County, Virginia to the late Frank and Josie Deco Walker.  He was also preceded in death by his two brothers, Thomas Walker and Wayne Walker.  He formerly attended Freedom Baptist Church, Front Royal.

Survivors include his fiancée, Kim Wilson; two sons, Matthew Chavis and Wade Chavis; daughter, Danielle Walker; two sisters, Monica Turner and Sharon Bright and two grandchildren, Torrie Walker and Dixie Walker.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Maddox Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
