Natividad Herminda “Natty” Vazquez, 71, of Front Royal, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, November 12, 2015, in her home.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 16, at 2:00 p.m. at Riverton United Methodist Church with the Rev. C. Marc Roberson officiating. Interment will follow in the Prospect Hill Cemetery.
Natty was born on December 25, 1943, in Laredo, Texas, daughter of the late Genaro Garza and Tomasa Romanos Garza. Natty was a member of the Riverton United Methodist Church, where she helped in many ways with church functions. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Surviving are her husband Fred Vazquez, Jr.; one daughter Desiree Cripps of Linden; two sons Freddy Vazquez and Jason Vazquez both of Linden; two brothers Tony Garza, Jr. of San Antonio, Texas and Robert Garza of Laredo, Texas; two sisters Rose Williams of Jamestown, Kentucky and Bibi Castillo of Laredo, Texas; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one soon to be born great-grandchild.
