Diane graduated from Averill Park High School and attended the Oneonta State Teachers’ College where she studied to become an elementary school teacher.  Although she worked many years in the banking industry, her life’s ambition was to be a wife and a mother, and she will always be remembered for her generosity and devotion to her three sons.

After the death of her husband Raymond, Diane moved from Virginia to Daytona Beach, Florida where she connected with Bill Warrington, an old friend from Averill Park.  Together they embarked on many adventures, including cruises in the Caribbean, seeing movies at the local cinema, and road trips to visit friends and family.

Siek (Pamela) of Paeonian Springs, Virginia, and Mark A. Siek (Dana) of Omaha, Nebraska; and her sister Sandra Carson (nee Plant) of New York, New York.
