Vicky G. Saffell, 75, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at Warren Memorial Hospital.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 21 at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home with Sammy Campbell officiating. Inurnment will follow in Panorama Memorial Gardens at Waterlick.
Vicky was born June 5, 1949 in Roanoke, Virginia, daughter of the late C.N. “Mike” Hartman and Ruby M. Hartman.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 57 years, James H. Saffell, Sr; son, James H. Saffell, Jr. (Cary); brothers, Michael W. Hartman (Cindy) and Kevin G. Hartman (Cindy); granddaughter, Amy L. Kelly (Mykal); one great-grandson; and many nieces and nephews.
Vicky loved watching the birds in her yard, flowers, riding motorcycles, racing, and going to the beach.
She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 21 from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.

So Sorry to hear about Vicky. I know she just recently lost her mother Ruby Hartman. Vicky, and her brother Michael were my childhood neighbors and friends from 10th Street in Front Royal.
