George Edward “J.R.” Mulligan Jr., 39, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at his home.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 11 AM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal with Sammy Campbell officiating.

J.R. was born on April 17, 1985 in Front Royal to George Mulligan Sr. and Esther Darlene Burke.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Debra Mulligan and brother, Christopher Mulligan.  We worked for Home Paramount Pest Control and was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Surviving along with his parents are his wife, Kati Mulligan; two sons, Joseph Mulligan and Waylon Mulligan; three daughters, Mirrah-Lynn Mulligan, P.J. Mulligan and Hadley Mulligan; three brothers, Jack Mulligan, David Mulligan and Daniel Mulligan; two half brothers, Ethan Mulligan and Brandon Mulligan and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
