Martha V. Ellis, 76, of Front Royal, VA, formerly of Sterling, VA, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2015 at her home.

Mrs. Ellis was born October 19, 1939 in Monroe County, WV, daughter of the late Samuel R. Smith and Harriet E. Evans Smith. She retired as the office manager of Lowes Island Golf Course in Loudoun County.

Surviving are two sons Steven L. Walker of Sterling, VA and his children Randi Walker, Jacob Walker, Kayleigh Walker, and Nicole Marshall and Joseph E. Walker and fiancée Greta DiPatre of Front Royal and children Joshua S. Walker, Justin Walker, and Destiny Walker ( and their mother Tiffany Walker); two great-grandchildren Jayden Stevens and Joshua G. Walker; two sisters Claribel Roles of Greenville, WV and Emogene Allen of Jacksonville, FL; two brothers Robert Smith of Charleston, WV and Steve Smith of Arkansas.
